Aqua Aerobics

Aqua aerobic classes run four times throughout the week. Three evening classes and one morning class.

Benefits of aqua aerobics:

The advantage of learning to swim in a group environment is meeting people at the same level as you are. Having the comfort of knowing that you are not the only one taking on this skill set.

Adult group lessons are a great way of meeting new people. Giving encouragement to each other is always beneficial and helps drive individual motivation.

Private lessons are not only great for anyone experiencing their first time in a pool environment but also the frequent nervous swimmer. In a private lesson, you can take on instruction a lot better than in a group setting as you get the full attention of the instructor.
